Dr. Chutima Zhao, DACM, LAc
Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist Dr. Chutima Zhao is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in the State of California and diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). 
Training
Dr. Zhao is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a Master of Sciences in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She graduated from Pacific College of Health and Sciences (new name of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine). Right after her graduation she continued to gain extra training and advancing clinical skills in Beijing and Shanghai, People’s Republic of China.
Skills
Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, Dr. Zhao had been exposed to the healthcare system for more than 30 years as a registered nurse in the United States. Her desire for a more effective and holistic approach to practicing medicine eventually led her to pursue studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is confident that her experiences and studies in both Western and Eastern medicine will help synergize to develop and deliver an effective treatment plan that will improve the overall health and well-being of each individual.
