Dr. Wanhee Seo, DACM, LAc
Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist Dr. Wanhee Seo is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist by California Acupuncture Board and NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and registered Yoga instructor. After graduating with the degree of Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) and she completed her education in Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) program at the Pacific College of Health and Science
Training
She had her internship at the Rady’s hospital and RIMAC (The Recreation, Intramural, and Athletic Complex) at UCSD during the Master’sprogram. Afterward, she had a mentorship with a Korean orthopedic acupuncture specialist to deepen her training in sports acupuncture.
On the other hand, she has experienced in Five Element acupuncture, functional medicine educations in the topic of mastering endocrinology, blood chemistry, treating thyroid and facial rejuvenation courses.
Skills
Recently, she focuses her private practice in facial cosmetic acupuncture with an interest in facial rejuvenation, skincare, and anti-aging regimen within the least invasive but natural ways. Her specialty is facial acupuncture reflecting the patient’s constitution of the physical body and emotions to be rebalanced.

Her philosophy of practice is to provide acupuncture treatment to restore and rebalance the whole-body system in physical and emotional ways with a dedication to the patient’s overall health within the most patient-oriented manner.
She currently lives in San Diego, CA, and continuously provides private Yoga therapy sessions, acupuncture treatments, consultation on herbs, nutrition, and prescriptions of supplements along with lab work reading service.
